Turbochargers Business |
| Supply of complete exhaust gas turbochargers and
original spare parts for ABB Turbochargers (ex-name: BBC) as well
as for turbochargers manufactured by ABB-Licensees, e.g. IHI
turbochargers. Also, the scope of the company covers overhauling
and repair of those turbochargers on site and in our facilities in
the Suez General Free Zone, Port Tawfik. This service facility is
authorized by the Turbocharger’s makers, ABB Turbo Systems in
Switzerland and the facility is listed in the maker’s directories.
The facility includes a state-of-the-art balancing machine for
dynamic balancing for rotors (up to 1 ton weight), equipment for
rotor reblading, metal spraying & machining of shafts, metal
hardness test and ultrasonic wall thickness measurements and
hydro-pressure test for gas casings. |

| Supplying and installing a various range of
electrical equipment used on marine vessels. Example of such
equipment: marine type electrical equipment and systems such as
main switchboards, distribution panels, transformers, AC/DC motors
& drives, generators & synchronization systems, power & control
marine electrical cables. Also, the company performs repair,
maintenance, upgrading, retrofit of most of the above listed
electrical equipment and systems.
